Our Irrigation Maintenance Packages

Depending on the weather, we intend to carry out the start-up and backflow testing from April 15 to June 30 and the shutdowns from September 15 to the end of October. We will need access to both the controller and the water shutoff. During the times specified above, we will call or email you a recommended time for an appointment based on the city and area you reside in.

Our annual service package includes:

Common Irrigation Issues

• Too much or not enough pressure- If you discover that one of your sprinklers is receiving too much or not enough pressure, you should get it examined. Low pressure indicates that water isn't reaching where it needs to go, while high pressure might wear out your equipment.

• Wet/Dry spots - Your system should be built to provide good, even watering coverage over your whole lawn. The system isn't operating properly if you observe that certain areas are wet while others are dry.

• Unexpected moisture near equipment - If you see water leaking close to your control valves, pressure regulators, or filters, there may be a problem. That indicates that you have a leak somewhere, and the additional water may harm your equipment.

• Soaring water bill – Have you noticed a drastic increase in your monthly water use? A water leak is one of the most likely culprits. The leak will continuously release water, falsely inflating both your use and your bill. 



• Incorrect aim - Your sprinklers are designed to cover a specified region of your lawn. You need to get it rectified if one of them becomes misaligned and sprays the incorrect area.
